This organic-shaped asymmetrical pendant features a hidden bail set behind a bezel-set pear cut pink sapphire, pointing at roughly a 7-o-clock position. From the tip of the pear, a J-shaped stream of diamonds appears. Two bezel-set pear cut pink sapphires forming a heart accent the end of the J, at the tip of the loop.
